Abstract
Theoretical questions of quality and composition of food products are included in the daily diet of a person. The problem of soil contamination is analyzed, and, as a consequence, the fruits growing in this soil. The problem of modern life is shown where there is a fast food – the so-called «fast food». The problem of compiling his diet was studied and the reasons why the average life expectancy of a modern man compared to the last few centuries are analyzed.
