Abstract
The interrelation of the enterprise' lifecycle stages development with innovative processes (creation, becoming (entering the market), growth, maturity, decline, and revival) is justified. The enterprise' internal and external innovation environment is analyzed, the parameters of expediency and ability of the enterprise to innovative activity, its innovative potential are determined. Challenges of innovative activity of domestic enterprises and conditions of increasing their innovative activity are determined.
