Tools of reflexive management of stages of agents at enterprises

Еhe hypothesis of management of herd behavior of agents in enterprises using the methods of reflexive control are substantiated. Characteristic sets are selected within the framework of reflexive choice functions that determine the controllability of agents in the process of manifestation of herd behavior at enterprises. To change each of the characteristics in accordance with the purpose of control, possible reflexive control actions of the center with respect to agents are indicated. The main instrument of reflexive management of herd behavior at enterprises is the information impact on agents. Informational management of reflexive components of agent selection functions will allow to ensure controllability of herd behavior at enterprises and effectively achieve the goals of the control center.
