Therefore, the scales of the questionnaire of neurotic disorders need restructuring and psychometric analysis. Objective. To assess the diagnostic efficacy of the somatic symptom scales of neurotic disorders questionnaire. Material and methods. The study involved 296 people. Assessment of the diagnostic efficiency of the scale included analysis of constructive and substantial validity, calculation of the difficulty of approvals, reliability indicators and differentiating ability, analysis of the diagnostic power of the scale on the basis of the Rush model. Results and conclusions. A new diagnostic scale of the of neurotic disorders questionnaire has been created - a scale of somatic symptoms. It has optimal psychometric indicators: adequate constructional validity, scale approvals are balanced according to the degree of difficulty, the scale is one-dimensional, the reliability index is 0.86, the scale is able to differentiate 4 levels of severity of the studied construct.
