Abstract
This article deals with an issue of an adolescent role socialization process. Transformation of Modern Society leads to challenges of human communication, interaction, and relationships. New generation are defining as a special age group with a particular way of life experience. That offer the potential for involvement in a so- cial role developing, thereby making this generation potentially inconsistent and introverted. The analysis of scientific views on the social role is given. Role conflict considering as a predictor of adolescents' disadaptivity, suggests the focus on internal or external determinants of role behavior. The article presents study results of role predictors in adolescents' deviant behavior
