Abstract
In this article organizing features of the Psychological Service in the Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical University (as a substructure within the structure of CSPU) are disclosed. Principles, aims and goals, duties of the Psychological Service as well as responsibilities of the Department supervising it, management, and structural-functional organization, laboratories, clubs, funding, operational timetable, work technology (model of the day, model of the week, model of the month) are noted.
