The main topical issues of introduction of innovative technologies in higher medical education within Bologna Process are presented in article. Features of introduction of academic mobility of under- and post-degree levels through the prism of competence-based approach are considered. The necessity of continuous implementation of skills in self-improvement, continuous education during all life, communicative skills on world and on the state scale is justified.
