Abstract
The current report presents an analysis of the correlation between the selfassessment of undergraduate students and leading managers' expert opinion with regards to the key competences (KC) formation at undergraduate level. The report is the result of a more detailed three-year research on the correspondence between the employers' requirements and the undergraduate students' training, whereupon the former could serve as a basis for development of a conceptual profile of the key competences.
