STRATEGIC FACTOR OF MODERNIZATION OF METHODICAL WORK AT KAZAKHSTAN SCHOOLS IN TERMS OF THE "МӘҢГІЛІК ЕЛ" IDEA INTRODUCTION

The content of the article highlights the basics of the formation of innovative activities and pedagogical management of teachers in the process of modernization of methodical work in general education schools of Kazakhstan in order to implement the national program “Мәңгілік Ел” in the educational process. Aspects of teachers ' pedagogical competence on the basis of innovative approach are revealed, psychological and pedagogical mechanisms of teacher's professional development are determined. The features of methodical work at school at the present stage of education are given. The concept of transition from traditional pedagogical technology to innovative activity is offered.
