Abstract
The article considers the effect of coronary blood flow restoration by percutaneous intervention on subsequent adherence to secondary drug prevention. The materials for the study were patients with myocardial infarction and comorbid pathology (hypertension, diabetes). Clinical and laboratory parameters and morphofunctional state of myocardium were studied and analyzed according to echocardioscopy data in dynamics.
