Abstract
Quantum-relativistic physics is regarded as an ontology of the real world. The following theses of the quantum-relativistic ontology are substantiated. First, it is asserted that, in itself, regardless of observation, quan- tum reality is "indescribable" in the sense that it is not possible by itself to attribute any classical characteristics and any definite quantum state. Secondly, it is shown that the measurement procedure also does not make the quantum reality more "descriptive", because the reduction of the wave function occurs only in intersubjective perception. Thirdly, from here it follows that any movement in time is a phenomenon existing only in our per- ception, whereas the quantum-relativistic physical reality itself is absolutely static, resides "in Eternity"
