Environmental problems and transmission of illnesses for foods

Abstract
It was carried out a bibliographical study inside the Institutional Investigative Project for the socio humanist development of the professionals of the health during the May 2016 - June 2017, centered in the relationship among fragile agro ecosystems affected by intense droughts and the transmission of illnesses by foods, before the increase of their incidence in the state of the population's of Guantanamo health, directed to elevate the level of professionals' knowledge the health and population in general about this topic. These causes' different manifestations and their effects were studied in the production, treatment and distribution of foods, primary information for the design of folding, poster and mini monographs with up-to-date information about the relationship before mentioned. The proposed actions of promotion of health favor the integrality achievement in the handling of the foods as well as quality in the environmental administration in fragile agriculture ecosystems, according to the approach of specialists.
