Abstract

In this article, fundamental principles of Japan's foreign policy are historically examined. Futhermore, transformation of Japan's foreign policy after the cold war is evaluated. Within the context of process, principles of Japan's foreign policy towards China together with the bilateral relations that was effected by transformation of China's foreign policy are explained. Moreover, the effects of the bilateral relations-which was started in 1972- between the two in the in the areas of economic activities and bilateral trade volumes are studied. Last but not least; disputed regions between the two countries are examined and new ideas pertaining the process of accumulation of capital in East Asia is presented.
