Abstract
Klippel trenaunay syndrome is a rare congenital condition in which blood vessels or lymph vessels fail to form properly. It is characterised by triad of vascular malformation , venous varicosity and bony soft tissue hypertrophy. A case of klippel trenaunay syndrome with hydrocephalus is reported for its unusual association.
