Abstract
Temporal bone malignancy is a rare entity with poor prognosis in view of its non specific symptoms, late diagnosis and inadequate surgical resection. Usually they have chronic non specific symptoms, as chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM) predispose them in majority of the patients. Imaging modalities are less sensitive in diagnosing early lesion as they mimic CSOM. We report a patient of temporal bone malignancy presenting late with acute intracranial hypertension
