Abstract
Malignant changes in a chronic burn scar have long been reported in literature. Of these, squamous cell carcinoma is the most frequently reported neoplasm. Other neoplasms like epitheloid sarcomas have also been reported. Sarcoma developing in a chronic burn scar is considered a rare entity.
