Abstract
Spinal Intradural intramedullay SOL of tuberculous pathology is an extremely rare condition that results in Quadriparesis. This should be considered in differential diagnosis of spinal cord lesions with paraplegia quadriplegia especially in areas where tuberculosis prevalence is high. In this case report, a rare manifestation of tuberculosis is described that too, without any primary lesion. In this case the patient was surgically stabilized and started on ATT and then admitted in our institute for rehabilitation
