The unique optical and electrophysical properties of tin oxide coatings allow them to be used in various devices. The properties of tin oxide coatings are largely dependent on the temperature of the substrate on which they are applied, on the rate of their growth and other technological parameters. The research of influence of receiving coatings conditions on their properties is an actual task.
