DEVELOPMENT OF OBJECTS OF PUBLIC SERVICE AT REDEVALOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL TERRITORIES

Abstract. Purpose. Determination of the development directions of public service facilities (by the example of Kyiv) with redevelopment of industrial territories. Methodology. Analysis of the existing state of the public service system on the basis of statistical data, questioning of enterprises, institutions and organizations that provide services in the field of leisure. Findings. The most expedient directions of development of leisure facilities are determined. Originality. The conducted researches make it possible to scientifically substantiate the principles of planning the location of objects of various functional purposes in redevelopment of industrial territories. Practical value. The location of public services in the implementation of redevelopment projects in industrial areas will enhance the investment attractiveness of the surrounding areas.
