Abstract
Annotation. Purpose. Basis of subsequent development of CAS-ACS systems is providing of integration of programmatic complexes of the different setting in the unique full functional CAS. Method. A complex informative model provides automation of decision of all engineerings and calculation tasks in the field of planning, management and account, on the basis of the use of the accumulated experience of decision of this task with the use of the existent programs. Results. Standardization of technological decisions and especially structure and facilities of exchange information transfer considerably will decrease labour intensiveness of process of the engineering providing of building, will promote authenticity of information on all stages of building. Practical meaningfulness. Diminishing of production charges, accelerations of building, and will provide the decline of his cost.
