Abstract
Spontaneous Ovarian Hyperstimulation syndrome is a rare occurrence in pregnancy. It is usually associated with Hypothyroidism, Molar pregnancy or Multiple gestation .This is a case of pregnancy with spontaneous ovarian hyperstimulation with uncontrolled hypothyroidism which was treated conservatively with Eltroxin.
