Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of imposing a fine on minors and studies the practice of its application. There is a discussion of the problem of collecting fines from parents, guardians and guardians of minors with their consent. Critically assessing this problem, it is stated that the fine must be collected personally from the perpetrator of the crime of a minor.
