Conduct disorder: behavior in an area of health and proposed biopsychosocial intervention

Abstract
A study was conducted in children with conduct disorder in child psychiatry consultation Polyclinic "April 4", Guantanamo province, in the year 2014, in order to characterize the behavior of the disease in that period. The study group consists of 29 children treated in consultation, which are applied forms and interviews. Variables are studied: Age group, sex, stage of onset, comorbidity, family functionality, and type of school. There was a predominance of male patients with conduct disorder and age group 14-17 years. The most frequently encountered problems were: disobedience, missed homework and mysticism. Children with conduct disorder in adolescence and start from dysfunctional families were the main problems. The most frequent comorbidity is attention deficit disorder and most were linked to regular school.
