Abstract
A case of female patient 5 years old, from a dysfunctional family, poor being carried by the mother to the Service Pediatric Emergency General Hospital Guatires Guarenas "Eugenio P Bellard" in the state of Miranda, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, referring notice in her increase head volume and presence of worms in her hair. On physical examination enlargement of the head with numerous crusts that were accompanied by yellowish discharge and numerous larvae of worms that were observed by doctors. The patient was admitted and be told treatment. It evolved satisfactorily, being graduated at 21 days. A brief review of the company was also carried out.
