Russian agriculture management in the conditions of «new normality»

The paper considers topical issues of improving the system of managing the social and economic development of agriculture under the conditions of «new normality», resolving which increases the effectiveness of the functioning of the management bodies of the agro-industrial complex at all levels  from the federal to the municipal one. The description of the main parameters of the structural model of the national management bodies of the economic activities of the agro- industrial complex of Russia under the conditions of a «new normality» are presented, the strategic directions of its development are suggested, and the issues of improving the institutions and functions ofthe agricultural management bodies are considered.
