Implementation of the constitutional principle of the prohibition of re-conviction in the Donetsk People's Republic

Based on the analysis of the essence and content of the principle of prohibition of reconviction, the generalization of the results of scientific research of domestic and foreign scientists in this field, the positive experience of international legal regulation in the field of ensuring the inadmissibility of criminal prosecution for the same act, the article substantiates the necessity of clarifying the provisions of the criminal procedural legislation with to ensure the implementation of the constitutional principle of non bis in idem in the Donetsk People's Republic.
