Investment risks accompanying the real estate operations in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic

The article investigated the risks of investing into the enterprises’ real estate in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, identified the main groups of risks which affect the investment process. The main methodological approaches to the evaluation of investment risks have been analyzed. A scientific and methodical approach to the process of building a mechanism for managing investment risks under the influence of negative socio-economic phenomena caused by external geopolitical processes has been proposed.
