In Group I prevailed night and intense pain; the combination of beta-lactam was used - aminoglycosides, many patients had a hospital stay between 31 and 40 days. In group II the pain was less intense and endurable, quinolone was used in 80 % and in 12 patients, the stay wasless than 10 days. A. Pseudomonas was isolated in 75.5 % of cultures.
