Abstract

This article aims to study inclusive education in the context of basic education. The investigation was carried out on the basis of the theoretical method, from the National curriculum guidelines (official documents), books of authors icons, articles published in specialized journals and internet texts in internet texts in relation to the theme. Before the results, it was concluded that the inclusive education is not limited only to special education established in guidelines and programs for individuals with special needs; It involves a broad dimension that includes the procedures for special education, education of ethnic-racial education field and Afro-Brazilian culture and education of young people and adults.
