Inclusive education: educational service specialist for students with hearing

Abstract

The theme of the educational process of the student with deafness involves important factors that are related to cognitive, social and emotional potential. But for the student to actually acquire these skills and experience effectively, you need to be inserted, namely related to the common school spaces and calls Educational Specialist - ESA. Accordingly, that research examined a Student Case Study deaf Paulo Augusto, 4th Education Series for Youth and Adults of EMFSB during the year 2014. The study was conducted in the family and school environment in the city of Boa Vista - Roraima / Brazil, whose purpose is the development of a Plan of Educational Service Specialist - ESA to propose solutions to their cognitive, social and emotional development, easing the barriers encountered in the context school / society. The survey was conducted through qualitative paradigm approach and is characterized in descriptive, using techniques of direct observations of the subject at school, in the resource room and family, and recording the data in a field diary. The analysis of related research to suggest that the educational process for the person with hearing loss requires a school environment and Educational Service Specialist - ESA, able to meet their cognitive, emotional, biological, psychological, social and cultural needs, promoting their integral development . However, it is understood that this is a complex process that includes variables as necessary, student, teacher, interpreter, social design, curriculum organization, methodologies, strategies and resources.
