As a result, the patients with adequate treatment in which were applied the second immediate treatment kit were positive, patients with appropriate treatment and second kit made after the month were negative. As a conclusion that the immunochromatographic trial no determine if the antigen is metabolically active or inactive, so that those patients who have successfully received antimicrobial therapy should expect no less than one month to make a new diagnosis.
