Right diaphragmatic hernia in pregnancy. Report of a case

Abstract
A 23 year old patient is presented at the surgery consultation because of abdominal pain localized in the epigastrium radiating to the right upper quadrant and to the back, is also accompanied by shortness of breath, associated with a pregnancy of 24 weeks, she is entered in the Gynecology consultation , it was performed in anteroposterior chest radiograph and right side view showing a well-defined mass with intrathoracic component in rear projection on the right diaphragmatic region and moves to the surgery department to complete its study. Computed tomography which reports at the right lung base supporting hyperdense image density of liver tissue which measures 84 mm by 58 mm posterior position entering the chest through a diaphragmatic hernia which has a ring is made 5 cm. It was operated by a right thoracotomy hernia tumor mass into the abdominal cavity was reduced in a diaphragmatic herniorrhaphy and atypical resection of the lower lobe of the right lung hypoplasia is performed. It happens this rare entity and even the right side, associated with pregnancy, so it is decided to present this case as well as the most relevant and current issues regarding this condition.
