Abstract
A case at the "Ramón Guevara Montano" Stomatology Clinic in Baracoa, Guantánamo province, with diagnosis of hyperplastic pulpitis at the second upper right premolar (tooth 15) was presented. The diagnosis was made following the principles of the clinical method and support of diagnostic aids. Biopulpectomywas performed and the patient progress was satisfactory being respected the basic principles of endodontics: diagnosis, biomechanical instrumentation and closed of the canal or root in length and width.
