The urgency of the problem stated in the article is due to the fact that after graduating from the university, young specialists have difficulties with housing and not only. The purpose of the article is to familiarize young teachers with the benefits they are entitled to. The leading method in the study of this problem is the method of analysis-synthesis, aimed at the study of possible prospects.
