Abstract
The construction and working principle of cardan transmission elastic shaft with a triangular profiled joint is given. Considered static deformation and given calculation of triangular profiled hub as part of this shaft when transmitting the torque via the profiled triangular joint. Obtained analytical dependence can be used to calculate the
cardan transmission elastic shaft strength.
