Abstract
The analysis of elements of operational response of fire rescue units to the challenges on the example of Rivne region was carried out, their comparison with normative values is carried out. Assessment of dangerous fire factors and their impact on the time of safe evacuation of people. Measures to improve the rapid response of units of the fire and rescue service in the countryside are proposed.
