Abstract
The current study reported the prospects of comparative study of anti cancerous activity of TLP protein from Barley, Wheat & Maize on colon cancer cell suspension using spectrophotometer. This work is further validated by Insilico study which forms a basic phenomenon of identifying the oncogenic activity using basic parameters.
