Abstract

This article is a continuation of studies of the toroidal current layer in the plasma vortex and the internal injection of high-speed ions, started in the articles (Science and World. 2018. No. 8 (60), Science and World. 2018. No. 9 (61). Vol I). The hypothesis of e-catalysis as catalysis of nuclear fusion reactions by collectivized relativistic electrons is proposed. The parameters of one of the reactor variants were calculated using e-catalysis. It is shown that in the toroidal current layer with large and small radii of 1.5 m and 0.35 m, respectively, in nuclear fusion in pure deuterium, a power of about 8 MW can be released.
