THE ANALYSIS OF NATURAL AND SOCIAL-ECONOMIC CONDITIONS OF NORTHERN KAZAKHSTAN IN TERMS OF THE LAND REFORM

Change of social and economic and policy guidelines, global land reform was reflected in all land system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The analysis of natural and social and economic capacity of northern areas of the republic is carried out, characteristics of land resources are presented in the work. The problems of land policy of RK in the region are revealed on the basis of monitoring of native and foreign techniques, legislative and normative documents of RK and the analysis of use of land fund.
