Abstract
In this article, the concept of corporate image is considered as one of the constituent parts of the organization''s goodwill. The author analyzes the concept of image, its types and its main elements. Author describes the main factors influencing the corporate image of organizations and demonstrates its key features of managing corporate image. In addition, this papers contents analysis of the phenomenon of differences in perception of the image of the organization by various interested groups and the importance of its enhancement for achieving the key objectives of the organization
