Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between psycho-emotional disorders with neurodegenerative and hormonal changes and the study of the effectiveness of the administration of magnesium and mebicer drugs to patients with arterial hypertension. The paper presents new data on the peculiarities of the formation of persistent arterial hypertension in the psycho-emotional imbalance in which stress reactions, accompanied by metabolic changes (mediator mechanisms), are triggered. The use of magnesium and mebicer for 4 weeks has been proved in patients with hypertension to optimize their emotional state, the degree of psychological stress, which was expressed in reducing the manifestations of depression, alexithymia and anxiety. There was also a resumption of the synergistic functioning of the mediator provided with the emotional and vegetative axis, which was expressed by the normalization of levels of norepinephrine, serotonin and cortisol. All 145 patients with stage II AG, aged 29 to 53 (average age 46.75 ± 0.56), were examined. Depending on the treatment received, patients were divided into groups: Group I (n = 30) - patients receiving baseline therapy in accordance with guidelines for hypertension [21]; Group ІІ (n = 40) - patients who received on the background of basic therapy magnesium doses of 1 tablet. 3 p / day; Group III (n = 38) - patients received a megacillum dose of 300 mg on the background of basic therapy. 3 p / day; Group IV (n = 37) - Patients taking Mebicer at a dose of 300 mg on baseline therapy. 3 pg / day and magnesium drug in a dose of 1 tab. 3 p / day Duration of therapy - 1 month. The control group included 20 practically healthy people without hypertension, cardiovascular disease and overweight, (average age - 42.58 ± 1.45). In order to study the influence of the proposed therapeutic complexes in patients with hypertension, psychological interviews were conducted twice, at the beginning and after the completion of treatment. The positive effect of an additional appointment of a mebicer in combination with a magnesium preparation on stress-limiting environmental influences indicated a decrease in the level of depression by 37.39% (group III) and 45.42% (group IV) and alexithymia index and by 10.1 % - anxiety. The use of magnesium and mebicer drugs allowed to keep the normal ratio of mediator support to the functioning of the higher psychic sphere and the autonomic nervous system in patients with hypertension.
