Abstract
The growing awareness of the need for a new approachto the use of information and communication technologies for training needs taking into account modern requirements and future trends concerning practical skills and expertise, professional competence of specialists also in the conditions of simulation medicine, opportunities of which with the development of interactive and virtual space are constantly being improved. Traditional methods of education (lecture course, seminars with topic analysis, practical classes with patient condition analysis, clinical rounds and scheduled examinations of patients in specialized departments, shifts, work in the a dressing room, work in functional diagnostic rooms, analysis of medical prescriptions, attendance to surgeries, review and analysis of the archive of photographic materials, X-rays, adaptation of existing world consensuses and guideline, etc.) should be actively combined with the use of modern technologies: multimedia learning systems, distance learning, the use of electronic textbooks, virtual libraries, electronic magazines of professional associations, catalogues of presentations, reports of opinion leaders, video tutorials, master classes, etc. Objectives: assessment of available op-portunities for rational organization, planning, control and efficiency increment of independent work at the pre-graduate and postgraduate levels in the current conditions of innovative and creative educational and informational learning environment. Materials and methods. Creation of an educational portal and the introduction of elec-tronic content forms the conditions for the development of an innovative educational environment with the use of a specialized set of software and hardware and the introduction of the distance learning into practice along with the monitoring of its effectiveness in the process of step-by-step implementation of planned tasks. Each specialist must have such a space for training, in which all the necessary material for work is available in on-line mode, in the virtual information space and environment (Surginet, institutional repository) through the rational use of modern features of GRID technology. This allows the user (student, intern, master, postgraduate student, clinical intern, educator) to move forward constantly without losing the knowledge, skills and abilities previously acquired, not focusing exclusively on reproduction of the material, implementing the principle of individualization, which provides the possibility of personal work on the basis of the initial level of abilities and acquired skills. Results. In order to create conditions for improving the quality of education as well as methodological and scientific, pedagogical activities for further professional growth of all categories of students, a free access to the Internet network, to international bibliographic databases of full-text scientific publications of the medical-biological profile should be provided. Promising in the study of surgical disciplines is the creation of electronic textbooks, the content of which consists of a text program, situational tasks and tests, which allows to control the mastery of the educational material independently. The introduction of multimedia support for the lecture course allows you to combine text and visual images programmatically (photographs, charts, graphs, drawings with computer animation). Conclusions. Equipment for modernized lecture rooms with audio and video systems, IP-cameras with remote control, multimedia complexes, fixed and mobile microphones, Internet connection, interactive lecturer panels, touch control devices will allow to implement innovative methods of telepathic and distance education on the basis of telemedicine telecommunication systems providing successful supplementation of the traditional forms of the educational process and ensuring the improvement of quality, convenience and prestige of training.
