Abstract

The aim is to analyse the dependence between frequency of occurrence of the most typical morphological signs in tenosynovial giant cell tumors of the localised type and improvement of differential diagnostics of this defeat. Materials and methods. The research was based on 95 TSGCT of the localised form cases. Gradation of expres-siveness of morphological indicators was estimated on a visually-analogue scale from low to high degree at increase 100х.Group parametrical indicators (average sizes and tet-rachoric indicator of communication of Pirsona (association factor) in groups of comparison of different morphological indicators have been calculated. Results and conclusions. The correlation between the most frequent morphological signs, characteristic for TSGCT, was very weak. It is possible to explain the phenom-enon defined as a result of research polymorphic histologic changes and different degree of prevalence of this tumour in joint structures or tendon covers that in many cases compli-cates TSGCT diagnostics concerning nonspecific morpholog-ical signs of this pathology.
