WAY OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF DEVELOPMENT OF PHLEGMONS AT RETROCAECALE LOCALIZATION OF THE APPENDIX IN HYPERSTHENICS

The results of traditional treatment and after use lymphotropics technologies are estimated in 34 sick hypersthenic types of a constitution with a sharp destructive appendicitis of retrocaecale localisations. It is shown that the use of intraoperative lymphostimulation cocktail after appendectomy within three days significantly reduces interstitial edema in the area and thereby prevents the development of postoperative complications in the retroperitoneal area.
