Abstract
The effective monetary policy of country depends on the money demand and as the basis of macroeconomic stabilization is the determining factor of economic growth. The author used the model of "Partial correction" to assess the money demand. At the same time, the form of the function of money demand was chosen from a variety of options, an econometric analysis was conducted and the dynamics of demand and supply for money in Mongolia was studied.
