Abstract
The article presents the main provisions of the method of determining the thermophysical properties of multilayer outer shell of buildings with heat-reflecting layers in the construction. The technique is based on the measurement of temperatures on the surfaces of the cladding and the heat-flux density on the outer surface and allows to determine the whole complex of thermal properties of the building fence without determining the resistance to heat transfer of each layer
