Abstract
The article is devoted to the role of the Russian language in the modern conditions of changing the socio-cultural environment. Kyrgyzstan is a multiethnic republic, and here live representatives of many other nationalities. The very creation and development of the Kyrgyz state was the result not only of the political and economic efforts of the Kyrgyz ethnos, but also the result of the prevalence of Russian speech among a multitude of other peoples geographically neighboring with the Kyrgyz over the centuries. Russian speech – a phenomenon "alive" and not just communicative, but, above all, cultural. Like any "living" substance, the Russian language developed, was subject to different influences and influences. In its historical development, Russian language absorbed many words of other peoples, enriched due to the cultural influences of other ethnic groups.
