Abstract
Comprehensive studies of aquatic biocenosis biodiversity of the Akhangaran River served as the material for this paper. The aim is to research the current state of hydrobionts, determine and summarize information on the species composition and taxonomic structure of aquatic biocenosis as a natural food source in the water ponds of the Northeastern zone of Uzbekistan. More than 169 species are defined in the periphyton, 49 species in zoobenthos and 28 species are represented by ichthyofauna.
