Abstract
Cardio is extremely important for maintaining vitality and human health. So, steadily making aerobic exercise, the heart system works better, the state of health improves, normal weight and balance between rest and wakefulness are maintained. Many people are puzzled by the issue of weight loss and strive to get rid of extra pounds. This problem is related to excessive consumption of calories and at the same time their insufficient consumption.
