Abstract
Modern treatment of surgical pathology is characterized by the rapid introduction of minimally invasive laparoscopic technologies. To date, ulcerous stomach and duodenal ulcer remains one of the most common diseases of the internal organs. It is detected in 6-10% of the adult population. The analysis of laparoscopic treatment of perforated viremia of the duodenum is carried out. The purpose of the work was to analyze the effective-ness of laparoscopic treatment of perforated duodenal ulcer and to determine the indications regarding the use of the minimally invasive method. Conclusions. The conduct of laparoscopic intervention in the conditions of urgent surgery is a method of choice for the verification of a pathological focus and subsequent execution of pathogenetically grounded surgical intervention. The main advantage of the laparoscopic operation is its low traumaticity, which leads to a decrease in pain syndrome, paresis of the intestine, reduction of the formation of conjunctiva and medication load on the patient in the postoperative period, reduction of the length of stay in the hospital.
